DEPOSIT
Once a 50% deposit has been paid for your service (whether it’s branding or website design), your booking is confirmed, and the deposit is non-refundable. However, you may request a review of your situation by emailing us at hello@ohanastudio.co. We will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
DISPUTES RESOLUTION
If you have any concern or dispute about our products or services, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us directly.
PRICE POLICY
We reserve the right to adjust our prices at any time before an order is accepted.
