GETTING ALIGNED

Please book a free 30 minute complimentary discovery call at your convenience. During our conversation, we will delve into the details of your project and explore your business goals.

I will send you:

A comprehensive questionnaire to gain a deeper understanding of your vision, goals and values.

A project proposal outlining the scope of the project, milestones, timelines and other pertinent details.

An agreement to be signed along with an invoice to be paid before starting the creative direction process. We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking.

CREATIVE DIRECTION

Once I receive the above documents we will begin the creative direction process. We will exchange ideas and share inspiration. This phase is crucial as it sets the foundation on which the website design and all brand elements will be developed. With our thoughtful approach, we ensure that the creative direction aligns seamlessly with the essence of your project.

DESIGN PROCESS

Once the creative direction is approved, it is time to bring your vision to life. I will draft designs based on the creative direction brief and have them sent for review. We will keep open lines of communication, incorporating feedback and making refinements until the final result not only meets, but exceeds your expectation. Our entire process is designed to be gentle on the nervous system, ensuring you feel supported and guided at every step.

LAUNCH PHASE

We have reached an exciting milestone—your custom brand or website is ready to be revealed. I will package and send all your files in different formats into a cloud-based folder (google-drive) or transfer your new website to you.

Frequently asked QUESTIONS

  • Yes, we do. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due upon a set date before the final deliverables are provided.

  • Please provide us with the ‘building blocks’ of a website design: Copy, Imagery and Brand.

  • We offer licensed, high-quality stock imagery for your website. I also highly recommend investing in professional photography, as the quality of your photos can help elevate your website and strengthen your brand’s visual identity.

  • Yes, of course. I will guide you and help you with your copy.

  • I will help you with the font and color palette as part of the creative direction and website strategy. Your title/logo will be a text font.

  • Projects vary in time depending on the it’s scope and complexity. Please let us know your ideal start- and launch date and we will work towards that.
